Astiphromma is een geslacht van vliesvleugeligen (Hymenoptera) uit de familie van de gewone sluipwespen (Ichneumonidae). Het behoort tot de onderfamilie Mesochorinae. De wetenschappelijke naam van het geslacht is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd door Arnold Förster in 1869.^[1]

Astiphromma is een vrij omvangrijk Holarctisch geslacht.
