De COSAFA Cup 2018 was de achttiende editie van dit voetbaltoernooi, georganiseerd door de COSAFA (Council of Southern Africa Football Associations). Het toernooi vond plaats van 27 mei tot en met 9 juni in Zuid-Afrika. De titelverdediger, Zimbabwe, won het toernooi voor de zesde keer. Dat land versloeg, net als in de vorige editie, Zambia met 4–2. Lesotho werd derde.
Gastland en stadions
Het toernooi zou eerst in Botswana worden gehouden, dit werd aangekondigd in juli 2017.[2] Dit werd Zuid-Afrika in 2018. Er werden drie stadions aangewezen om de wedstrijden in te spelen.[3][4]

Deelnemende teams
De loting voor het toernooi vond plaats op 18 april 2018 in Johannesburg, Zuid-Afrika.[5] Er doen veertien landen aan het toernooi mee, daarvan zijn er zes die automatische gekwalificeerd zijn voor de kwartfinale. Acht landen spelen eerst in een poulefase met twee groepen, de winnaars plaatsen zich ook voor de kwartfinale.
