Pittosporaceae is een botanische naam, voor een familie van tweezaadlobbige planten. Een familie onder deze naam wordt universeel erkend door systemen van plantentaxonomie, en zo ook door het APG-systeem (1998) en APG II-systeem (2003).

Het gaat om een niet al te grote familie, tot enkele honderden soorten, van houtige planten, in de tropen van de Oude Wereld en Australazië.

In het Cronquist systeem (1981) is de plaatsing in de orde Rosales; dit is dezelfde plaatsing als in het Wettstein systeem (1935).
